Irrespective of the size or nature of your business, or how well your staff are managed, having to defend a case at an Employment Tribunal is becoming an increasingly likely event for employers in the UK. Finding yourself in the position of having to defend a case in a Tribunal can be an extremely intimidating and stressful situation.
Here at Bibby Consulting & Support, we can offer you the opportunity to attend a practical and highly interactive Mock Employment Tribunal where we will enact a courtroom scenario, giving you first-hand experience on how a Tribunal is conducted. This course allows you the opportunity to participate in role-play under cross examination, or as members of the panel, or to simply observe the proceedings in a safe environment, facilitated by our experienced Advocates.
